Your Favorite Posts for 2011, and a few you may have missed…

December 31, 2011

I’d like to take a few cyber moments here for reflection and gratitude for so many good things in the past year.

In a global time of uncertainty and hardship, I have been blessed with the love of my family, the joy of my work, good health, and even a bit of good fortune.

This past spring, Holistic Kid had a rebirth – from a website acting as a virtual business card and information hub for my Chinese medicine practice, to a blog with a voice that is now part of a vibrant community of folks dedicated to living fully, eating Real Food, and living according to their own holistic principles.

I absolutely love my work – as an acupuncturist and holistic health practitioner, I have the privledge of connecting with wonderful people all the time and helping to guide them along their paths to a better state of health and happiness…  I also have another side – the side that likes to sit at home in a comfy spot when my children are all tucked into bed and blog. And I really get a kick out of blogging too.

In September of this year, I became a featured blogger of Real Food Media – a network of amazing bloggers and wonderful sponsors.  From this inspiring group of new friends I have learned so much and have had so much fun in only a few short months.  Thank you!

In November, I had the pleasure of attending the Wise Traditions Conference in Dallas – a convergence of foodies, farmers, bloggers, scientists, and health practitioners. If you’ve never been before, I highly recommend attending next fall!

As I compiled this ‘top 10′ list, I discovered that many of most popular posts of the year (the ones with the most page views) have been fairly recent one posts, simply because my readership is growing. YAY!  Thank YOU for reading, sharing, and joining in the discussions here and on Facebook. Here are my top posts in order:
